Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, learning their names, and going the extra mile to make every visit a positive one;
Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone, and assist with finding products and answering questions;
Prepare and replenish coffee shop products as needed throughout your shift;
Monitor product freshness and appearance and follow or develop a production list to stay ahead of daily needs;
Handle food safely and keep the work area clean, neat, and up to department standards at all times
