Carrier Sales Specialist-Intra US — Maple Grove, MN

• Builds strong relationships with carriers, provides exceptional service, and coordinates customer shipments.
• Sourcing for new carriers.
• Well-versed in RFP/RFQ process, pricing new lanes and new loads, as well as booking loads.
• Able to communicate with customers effectively when needed; personable demeanor.
• Thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.

• Experience in booking brokerage for 5+ years.
• Has a network of intra-US carriers - dry vans/flatbeds and reefers, preferably focused on FTL.
