We are currently looking for a Carrier Sales Specialists to join our team in Maple Grove, MN!
Must haves for this position:
- Experience in booking brokerage for 5+ years.
- Has a network of intra-US carriers - dry vans/flatbeds and reefers, preferably focused on FTL.
- Relationship driven-builds strong relationships with carriers, provides exceptional service, and coordinates customer shipments.
- Sourcing for new carriers.
- Well-versed in RFP/RFQ process, pricing new lanes and new loads, as well as booking loads.
- Able to communicate with customers effectively when needed/Personable demeanor.
- Thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
