Position OverviewODRA is a leading manufacturer of road sweeping equipment known for innovation, quality, and reliability. Serving municipalities and contractors across North America, ODRA's machines are engineered for performance and durability. We are growing rapidly and are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Demonstrator to support our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Demonstrator, you will showcase ODRA's street sweeping equipment to prospective customers across the US and Canada, operating sweepers, setting up on‑site demos, attending trade shows, and providing live product demonstrations and technical insight.
Key Responsibilities- Operate ODRA equipment at customer sites, trade shows, and events for demonstration purposes
- Set up, manage, and execute field demonstrations and walkarounds
- Educate potential customers on product features, benefits, and applications
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support pre‑sales and post‑demo follow‑ups
- Provide feedback from demos to the Product and Sales teams for continuous improvement
- Support equipment delivery/training sessions as needed
- Maintain demo equipment, trailer, and related tools in top condition
- Travel up to 70% of the time across the US and Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in equipment operation, sales demonstrations, or customer support in a technical/industrial setting
- Comfortable operating heavy equipment (e.g., sweepers, loaders, tractors)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying outdoor conditions
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude or light technical troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in the municipal, construction, or industrial equipment industry
- Frequent travel with overnight stays
- Outdoor demo environments in various weather conditions
- Hands‑on physical work and equipment handling
