This is a full‑time, on‑site LBM (Lumber and Building Materials) Sales & Project Manager role based in Clearwater, MN. The role involves managing building material sales, fostering strong customer relationships, and overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The individual will work closely with homeowners and professional builders, providing expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving customer satisfaction.

• Strong Project Coordination and Analytical skills to manage projects effectively and monitor their progress.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and project discussions.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Additional qualifications, such as a background in construction or building materials, knowledge of the industry, and familiarity with design and construction processes, are highly desirable.
• Ability to work on‑site in Clearwater, MN, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
