Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ownandmanagerelationshipswithkeyretailaccountsandbrokerpartners,servingastheprimarypointofcontactforallsalesactivities

1.Account Management&Sales Execution
  • Develop annual sales plans and forecasts in partnership with the business VP, incorporating market insights and customer data
  • Track and report on sales performance against goals, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations
  • Activelyparticipatein Sales&Operations Planning(S&OP) meetingstoaligndemandandsupplyplanning
  • Coordinatepromotionalcalendarswithretailers,brokers,andinternalteamstooptimizein-market execution

    POSdata,category trends,andsyndicatedsources(Nielsen,SPINS,Circana) toidentifygrowthopportunitiesandinformstrategy
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partnerwithoperations,finance,andproductteamstoensureorderaccuracy,on-time delivery,andcustomersatisfaction
  • Communicatecustomerneeds,market trends,andcompetitiveintelligenceacrosstheorganization
  • Supportdemandplanningeffortswithaccurateforecastingandpromotionalinsights
  • Identifyandimplementprocessimprovementstoincreasesalesefficiency

Theidealcandidatewillhave:
  • Bachelor’sdegreein

    Business,Marketing,orrelatedfieldpreferred(orequivalentexperience)
  • 5+yearssalesoraccountmanagementrequired;

    CPGindustryexperiencestronglypreferred
  • Proventrackrecordofmeeting/exceedingsalestargetsinaretailenvironment
  • Strong negotiation,relationship-building,andcommunicationskills
  • Self-motivatedwithabilitytoworkindependentlyandmanagetimeeffectively
  • Analyticalmindsetwithexperienceusingdatatodrivedecisions
  • Proficiencywithsyndicateddatasources(Nielsen,SPINS,Circana)
  • Advanced Exceland Power Pointskills ;experiencewithPowerBIorCRMsystemsaplus
