Key Responsibilities include:

- Coordinatepromotionalcalendarswithretailers,brokers,andinternalteamstooptimizein-market execution
- Analyze
POSdata,category trends,andsyndicatedsources(Nielsen,SPINS,Circana) toidentifygrowthopportunitiesandinformstrategy
- Partnerwithoperations,finance,andproductteamstoensureorderaccuracy,on-time delivery,andcustomersatisfaction
- Communicatecustomerneeds,market trends,andcompetitiveintelligenceacrosstheorganization
- Supportdemandplanningeffortswithaccurateforecastingandpromotionalinsights
- Identifyandimplementprocessimprovementstoincreasesalesefficiency
- Staycurrentonindustrytrends,competitive activities,andcustomerneeds
- Performotherdutiesasassignedandcomplywithallcompanypoliciesandprocedures
- Bachelor’sdegreein
Business,Marketing,orrelatedfieldpreferred(orequivalentexperience) - 5+yearssalesoraccountmanagementrequired;
CPGindustryexperiencestronglypreferred - Proventrackrecordofmeeting/exceedingsalestargetsinaretailenvironment
- Strong negotiation,relationship-building,andcommunicationskills
- Self-motivatedwithabilitytoworkindependentlyandmanagetimeeffectively
- Analyticalmindsetwithexperienceusingdatatodrivedecisions
- Proficiencywithsyndicateddatasources(Nielsen,SPINS,Circana)
- Advanced Exceland Power Point skills ;experiencewithPowerBIorCRMsystemsaplus
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
