Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, building and owning our insurance agent channel from the ground up.

This role is perfect for someone who sees a blank territory as an opportunity to create meaningful relationships and grow their career. The relationships you build become your book, and as referral volume grows, so does your commission income.

We offer a base salary of $65,000 – $80,000, with a commission structure that rewards you for every referral relationship you nurture. Our team believes in rewarding strong performance, and we expect top performers to clear $100,000 in their first year. You'll also enjoy an upside performance bonus on all sourced revenue, along with benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and a company vehicle.
