Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and common areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, tailgating, and/or policy violations, and assist with visitor and delivery check-in processes as assigned.;
Operate CCTV and/or alarm systems when assigned, complete shift reports and incident reports, and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
