Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols.;
Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, following post orders, and assisting with routine security-related duties as conditions around the location may vary.
