Security Officer Patrol - Second Shift

Security Officer Patrol – Maple Grove, MN. Full time, $22.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, offering directions and support while reporting security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by observing for policy violations, assisting with routine inquiries, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security‑related activities.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
