As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Maple Grove, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and support a welcoming environment through outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, preparing clear and accurate reports and escalating concerns as directed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
