Underground Laborer

At Tel Com Construction, LLC, you will serve as a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team, participating in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. This position is located at the Maple Grove location.

• Perform construction tasks such as loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Maintain work areas and operate construction equipment
• Communicate clearly with all team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Help with site restoration efforts
• Work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Preferred:
  Previous experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks

• Routine tasks: work at heights, enter attics and crawl spaces alone, operate vehicles and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motions, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 55 pounds without assistance
• Occasional tasks: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse

The wage range for Underground Laborer is $20.00 – $28.00 per hour.
