This position is based in Maple Grove, MN. Employees report to our Maple Grove office and travel to job sites as needed. Overnight travel is required and can be frequent during busy seasons.

Financial Institution Services (FIS), installs bank equipment in financial institutions throughout the Midwest. Including ATMs, safes, pneumatic drive-up systems, and bollards.
We're looking for an experienced installer, technician, or construction professional who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead by example, and grow with our company. Do you enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, travel, and seeing the finished results of your work, this may be the opportunity you're looking for.
What You'll DoInstall, replace, and relocate ATMs, safe deposit box systems, kiosks, and other banking equipment.
Install bollards and protective barriers.
Assist with branch remodels and equipment upgrades.
Perform concrete cutting, drilling, anchoring, and finishing work.
Support light welding and fabrication projects.
Operate power tools and specialized installation equipment.
Travel throughout the Midwest with overnight stays as needed.
This is NOT an entry‑level general labor position.
Qualified Candidates WillHave experience in construction, installation, mechanical service, equipment installation, or a related skilled trade.
Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Solve problems in the field with minimal supervision.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to pass background checks required for financial institution work.
Be capable of performing physically demanding work and safely operating tools and equipment.
Preferred ExperienceLeading crews, projects, or installation teams.
ATM, equipment, kiosk, or mechanical installations.
Commercial renovation or construction projects.
Concrete work, anchoring systems, or structural modifications.
Welding, fabrication, or light electrical work.
Customer‑facing field service experience.
Compensation$25–$30 per hour based on experience.
Overtime, after‑hours pay, and quarterly bonus opportunities.
Monday‑Friday schedule with overnight travel (as needed).
Some projects are completed after banking hours to minimize customer disruptions. Employees are guaranteed a minimum of 6 hours of pay for scheduled after‑hours work, regardless of actual hours worked.
