** 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm-3:00am (Flexible start time as early as noon, must complete four 10-hour shifts)

** Pay:**  $22.50 per hour

Kelly Services is hiring motivated, experienced Reach Truck Operators for a top client in Maple Grove! If you're safety-focused and ready to work in a thriving warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Safely operate reach trucks to load, unload, move, stack, and store products

+ Accurately pick, pull, and prepare customer orders

+ Verify product types and quantities before shipment

+ Transport materials between staging, storage, and trailers

+ Perform order picking, cycle counts, and support inventory control

+ Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners

+ Complete pre-operation equipment inspections and adhere to all safety protocols

+ Identify, report, and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies

** Requirements:*
* + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10-12 hour shifts

+ Prior reach truck or warehouse experience preferred

+ High attention to detail and basic math skills

+ Willingness to obtain or maintain reach truck certification

+ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
