Well Drilling Laborer

Underground Construction Apprentice

Water well contractor, commercial wells & borings, service wells. Residential water wells, service, water treatment.

• Ability to lift 80 lbs - 1 + year of mechanically inclined positions (someone that has worked with equipment, on cars, with their hands, on a farm)

• 1+ year of general labor/construction/concrete

• The desire to work their way up to turn this into a

• 401K - 3% match.

• Paid CDL Training

• Just recently increased their health insurance coverage.

• Someone who has never worked outside

• Someone who is not willing to do physical work

They will either be in the shop or the field

They will be with at least 1 other person directing them and making sure they are staying on task. They may be working with more if the job requires it

They are required to wear jeans, a T-shirt, and work boots

Need to bring their gloves; leather is the best. (If they don't have them, it's not a deal breaker)

They are fairly laid back as long as you have a good attitude and are working hard.

This is a Permanent position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
