Job Title: HVAC Service Control Technician

Represents the company by serving as the direct contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location

• Communicates with the customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff
• Ensures compliance with internal contracting processes
• Coordinates with account managers, the service department and customers to precisely understand requirements for all on‑site programming, installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on‑site work
• Demonstrates ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers
• Is responsible for creating and downloading programming, start‑up, functional testing, and troubleshooting on assigned projects
• Uses cutting‑edge software and technology along with a variety of other tools, to troubleshoot local controllers, communication wiring, programs, and schedules to identify concerns and determine corrective action
• Continually enforces safety to the highest standards
• Provides technical guidance to diagnose control system concerns and ensure occupancy

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required.
• Candidates should have at least 2 years technical and/or field related experience.
• Niagara AX building automation systems experience a huge plus.
• LON and BACNet communications experience a huge plus.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of HVAC and IT systems.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $95,000 per year Depending on Qualifications
