What You'll Do- Operate and support advanced robotic welding systems at customer facilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic system issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings
- Monitor system performance and ensure high‑quality production
- Assist with installing and commissioning autonomous robotic welding cells
- Work alongside engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve equipment performance
- Track inventory, document service activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn robotics, vision systems, and software as you grow into more advanced technical responsibilities
- Technical degree, trade school, engineering degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
- Manufacturing, automation, machine building, welding, fabrication, or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Interest in robotics, automation, and emerging technologies
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable traveling Monday‑Friday (approximately 85%)
- $34-$39+/hr based on experience
- Plenty of overtime opportunities while traveling
