A Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining bicycles and other products sold at ERIK'S to ensure safe and optimal performance.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations, maintaining a clean and organized work area, staying current with product knowledge, supporting inventory management, diagnosing mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications include bicycle mechanics or related skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, a customer-first mindset, proficiency with technology and computer systems, strong time management and organizational skills, high personal accountability, the ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods, and the ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment.
