Position OverviewAs a Commercial Plumber, you will install plumbing systems on new construction projects throughout the Twin Cities metro area. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a safety-focused environment while building schools, apartments, healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, and other commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing and piping systems according to project specifications and code requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install pipe, valves, fixtures, and related plumbing components.
- Work with a variety of piping materials and plumbing systems.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards and meet construction schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
- 2+ years of commercial or new construction plumbing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Experience installing commercial plumbing systems and piping.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift materials, work on ladders or lifts, and perform physical jobsite tasks.

Projects are located throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with overtime available based on project needs. Work is performed on active commercial construction sites and may include indoor and outdoor conditions, lifting, climbing ladders or lifts, and working with plumbing materials and equipment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
