Financial Institution Services (FIS) is hiring an Equipment Installer. This is a hands-on role where one day you might be moving a massive safe; the next, installing an ATM.

You’ll start each day from our Maple Grove, MN location and travel with your crew to job sites throughout the Midwest. Some projects require overnight travel.

If you’re reliable, comfortable with hand and power tools, and have basic construction or mechanical experience-this may be the job for you.

• Install and move ATMs, and safes
• Install pneumatic tubing for drive-up banking systems
• Use hand and power tools
• Assist with concrete cutting, and finishing
• Perform basic electrical and low-voltage installation work

You don’t need ATM or banking experience, but you do need to know your way around a toolbox.

• Has basic construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience
• Knows how to select and use common hand and power tools
• Can lift, move and work with heavy equipment
• Takes initiative to learn and ask questions
• Follows installation and safety procedures

You’ll spend your days on job sites, working with equipment, tools, and your crew. Expect lifting, carrying, positioning, securing and working around heavy equipment.

You will report to our Maple Grove, MN and travel with your crew to job sites. Some projects require overnight stays.

You must have:

• A valid driver’s license without restrictions that prevent you from operating company vehicles
• An acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam required to drive company vehicles
• Ability to pass background checks required for financial institutions
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the job

This is an entry-level position into the FIS installation team. You’ll learn our equipment, installation processes, and job-site standards from experienced installers. As your skills grow, so will your responsibilities.
