Field Service Technician

• Hours: Monday – Friday, day shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; occasional weekend shifts as needed)
• Location: Field-based / Local customer sites (Growth opportunities across new regional branches)

This position performs critical validation, diagnostic testing, and maintenance on controlled environmental work spaces and specialized laboratory equipment. • Perform routine calibration, performance verification, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on laboratory containment units (biosafety hoods, sterilization systems, fume exhaust, and cleanroom spaces).
• Travel locally to deliver hands‑on technical solutions at client facilities (typically visiting multiple sites daily) while serving as the primary technical interface.
• Participate in a comprehensive 6‑to‑18‑month technical training pathway to gain specialized diagnostic expertise.
• Complete company‑sponsored industry credentialing (including formal NSF accreditation support after your first year).

  2+ years working with mechanical or electrical systems (field service background preferred).
