Position: Field Service Technician-255161
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, day shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; occasional weekend shifts as needed)
  • Location: Field-based / Local customer sites (Growth opportunities across new regional branches)
Role Overview

Join a dedicated technical service team focused on maintaining compliance, safety, and operational standards across medical, life science, and pharmaceutical spaces. This position performs critical validation, diagnostic testing, and maintenance on controlled environmental work spaces and specialized laboratory equipment. We provide a structured pathway for technical career growth, including paid industry credentials and ongoing professional development.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform routine calibration, performance verification, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on laboratory containment units (biosafety hoods, sterilization systems, fume exhaust, and cleanroom spaces).
  • Travel locally to deliver hands‑on technical solutions at client facilities (typically visiting multiple sites daily) while serving as the primary technical interface.
  • Participate in a comprehensive 6‑to‑18‑month technical training pathway to gain specialized diagnostic expertise.
  • Complete company‑sponsored industry credentialing (including formal NSF accreditation support after your first year).
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Hands‑on

    Experience:

    2+ years working with mechanical or electrical systems (field service background preferred).
  • Technical & Diagnostic

    Skills:

    Strong ability to read technical guidelines, perform basic practical mathematics, and resolve electromechanical issues.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, strong personal integrity, and a client‑first mindset.
  • Licensing & Transport: Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Comfort lifting diagnostic equipment and regularly climbing ladders, stairs, or working in utility areas.
  • Bonus Assets: Prior background with HVAC systems, airflow dynamics, pressure balancing, or cleanroom testing standards.
