Senior Full Stack Developer (React / .NET Core)
Maple Grove, MN (4 days/week onsite, Friday WFH)
6 months, long term - Contract to hire (CTH)
Only W2 Consultants
Top Notes (Key Differentiators)- Senior-level engineer
- Must be excellent in React (primary skillset)
- Strong backend experience required
- Deep experience with .NET Core
- Design and develop React Type Script front-end solutions
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core 8 and C#
- Lead technical discussions during high-severity incidents
- Identify and remediate root causes, not temporary fixes
- Perform code reviews and actively manage technical debt
- Partner directly with Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Mentor junior developers and set engineering best practices
- Monitor and address system performance using tools such as Datadog
- Expert: React with Type Script
- Strong: .NET Core 8, C#
- SQL & Postgres
- Entity Framework
- Git
- Azure Dev Ops (sprints and pipelines usage)
- AWS (S3, Lambda, EKS)
- Jira or ADO
