Senior C# .Net Software Engineer; React

We are seeking a Senior React/C#.Net Software Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team focused on building modern, scalable applications that drive real business impact. This role blends hands‑on development with team collaboration, offering the opportunity to influence technical direction, mentor others, and contribute to high‑quality software delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver business‑driven solutions
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization alongside engineering leadership
• Ensure high‑quality code delivery through best practices, testing, and continuous improvement
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid‑level developers
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across projects and proactively communicate to stakeholders
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Support the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to improve team effectiveness

• Must have senior‑level expertise with React to be considered
• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or application development
• Strong experience building web applications using modern frameworks
• Backend development experience with C#/.Net
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/Type Script and modern web development principles
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to work through complex technical challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Continuous learning mindset with a desire to stay current on emerging technologies and best practices
