What We Do:
TGA runs school‑based programs that make sports accessible and fun for kids. We provide equipment, training, and curriculum—you bring the leadership and excitement.
- Lead active, engaging tennis and pickleball classes
- Flexible after‑school hours (typically 2–4 pm start times)
- Paid for 2 hours of work for each 1‑hour class
- Outdoor and indoor sessions keep things fun and dynamic
- No coaching experience required—just energy and passion for sports
- Be a role model, helping kids learn teamwork, perseverance, and confidence
- Confident leaders who can jump into running a class
- Enthusiastic about tennis or pickleball
- Reliable and great with kids
- At least 18 years old
Opportunities may also include evening/weekend classes, summer camps, and adult programming for coaches looking to grow into larger roles.
