Delivery Driver: No Marijuana Test

Job Summary

Optimum Delivery Service, LLC is seeking Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages as part of our Amazon Logistics Delivery Service Partner program.

• Report to work on time for scheduled shifts.
• Load each vehicle daily prior to each shift in under 20 minutes.
• Deliver Amazon packages to businesses and residences on time, including stairs.
• Lifts packages up to 50 pounds and manage van entry/exit quickly.
• Drive high‑roof vans in the Maple Grove/Minneapolis Metro area, averaging 75‑125 miles per day.
• Enter and exit the vehicle at a minimum of 40 times per day.
• Deliver packages in all weather conditions; routes may be suspended in extreme weather for safety.
• Follow GPS to each delivery location.
• Scan and take an accurate photo of each package.
• Contact customers when a package cannot be delivered; mark accordingly.
• Make 25 stops per hour efficiently and safely.
• Assist other drivers as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the shift and at the end of the shift.
• Fuel vans daily at the end of the shift; obtain receipt if required.
• Apply the emergency brake, put the van in park, and disengage the seatbelt at every stop.
• Pace yourself throughout the day in this physically demanding position.
• Maintain a positive, efficient, and customer‑service‑oriented attitude.
• Keep a Smart Phone and ensure reliable communication.
• Problem‑solve independently when necessary.
• Wear an Amazon‑branded uniform.

• Ability to work 4 days a week.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Speak, read, and write in English; understand highway signs and respond to inquiries.
• Use GPS navigation and electronic devices for route planning.
• Maintain basic logs and records.
• Operate a hand truck and use PPE such as gloves and safety shoes.
• Walk, lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, twist, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours.
• Lift, lower, push, pull, and sort boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Climb stairs frequently throughout the day.
• Deliver customer packages on time and report reliably for shifts.
• Support the team, including rescue calls when other team members need assistance.
• Complete required training.
