Position Description
Ryder is hiring a General Warehouse Associate in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Compensation and Schedule- Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour
- Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6:00 am–2:30 pm
- On the job paid training

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of related warehouse experience required
- One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
- Must learn to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) and maintain them; intermediate level required
- May be required to operate manual or automated warehouse equipment; intermediate preferred
- Powered industrial truck certification required
- Ability to read, do basic mathematics, and understand safety and procedural documents
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to input data into the WMS computer system in use
- Work overtime as assigned
- Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Flexibility to operate and self‑driven in a fast‑paced environment
- Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
- Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure all scans are completed accurately.
- Assist dock employees on new procedures and secure the facility at the end of shifts.
- Perform picking and packing duties; investigate and resolve scanning issues and housekeeping tasks.
- Adhere to location policies and procedures for material handling.
- Perform material moves under logical transactions as required.
- Participate in work‑group and team activities for continuous improvement.
- Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
