* Preschool Itinerant Tutor; up to 5.5 hours per day on an as needed basis.
* Salary is at the agreed upon hourly rate for a teacher $35.07/hour
* Ohio Early Childhood Intervention Specialist License or the ability to obtain proper certification is required.
* Prior work records must demonstrate good working habits, excellent attendance record and evaluations.
* Ability to take direction and feedback frequently from staff.
* Ability to provide a clear BCI/FBI background check free of convictions.
Major
Responsibilities Include:
A preschool itinerant tutor provides specially designed instruction and supports to preschool children with disabilities in the home, public school preschool, or community-based child-care program. They maintain a caseload of up to 15 students. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing data to make instructional decisions for individualized student interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the educational records and progress monitoring a diverse group of students on their caseload.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a knowledge and ability to work with a variety of individuals.
