• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher or in a similar role is advantageous
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with general educators, families, and related services staff

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to K-12 students with special needs
• Develop, implement, and assess IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Engage with families, providing updates and resources to support student success
