Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Phoenix of Maple Heights | SNF/LTC
Phoenix of Maple Heights is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care rehab team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, resident-centered environment where your expertise is valued and your impact is meaningful.

- Current SLP license in good standing
- SNF/LTC experience preferred
