Phoenix of Maple Heights is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Position Highlights- Flexible PRN schedule
- In-house rehab program
- SNF/LTC environment
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Documentation systems:
Net Health & Point Click Care (PCC)
- Current Ohio PT license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
