Automotive Service Porter

Liberty Ford in Maple Heights is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our service department by safely transporting vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining efficient daily operations.

What You Will Do:

Drive and move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property.

Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed.

Provide customer shuttle transportation to and from designated locations.

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.

Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle staging and movement.

Ensure vehicles are handled with care and according to dealership standards.

Keep work areas organized and help maintain a clean dealership environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We Are Looking For :

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Must be able to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day.

EDUCATION High School diploma or GEDEXPERIENCEPrevious customer service in any industry preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Walking/Standing for 6 to 8 hours in a shift

Bending, stretching, lifting, reaching and climbing

Lifting up to 50lbs.

Possess physical and manual dexterity
