Job Overview
We are looking for a natural leader who can inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer service as a Store Manager in Training. You will learn how to manage the profitable operations of an assigned store, maintain high standards for merchandising and signage, and create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Responsibilities- Recruit and hire store associates.
- Coach and correct associates through training on operations and merchandising.
- Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters.
- Help the store reach maximum profit contribution.
- Protect company assets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service across the store.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience ‑ preferred.
- Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
- Strong productivity management in freight processing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Ability to work in a high‑energy, team environment.
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Salary range: $52,998.40 to $66,085.76. Employees who meet performance goals earn a quarterly bonus.
