Join our dynamic team as a Membership Sales Associate and earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour plus additional incentive on membership sales. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership sales for our Unlimited Wash Club.

• Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed company goals.
• Educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
• Achieve personal sales targets, sign‑up goals, and upsell objectives.
• Drive the store team’s success in meeting Ultimate Wash Club sign‑up goals, directly contributing to membership acquisition and retention.
• Greet customers warmly, guiding them through the car wash process.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred).
• A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Consistently able to lift 25 lbs., with the capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Must wear safety equipment when required.
