As an integral resource in various departments, you will cover short-term needs while showcasing your expertise in Microsoft Office and clerical practices. Your assignments may involve supporting Finance, IT, Planning, and other services, emphasizing teamwork and effective communication. You will ensure all public interactions reflect a positive image of the City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical assistance across multiple city departments

• Execute minute taking and preparation of important documents

• Interact courteously with the public and office staff

• Operate essential office equipment with facility

• Conduct accurate bookkeeping and data entry tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma supplemented with relevant courses

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Word and Excel essential

• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of clerical procedures and public service

• Prior clerical experience preferred, enhancing team collaboration
