Become a key player at UP Vertical Farms in the role of Accounting & Bookkeeping Supervisor, located in Pitt Meadows. This full-time position requires expertise in bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support our operations.

As the supervisor, you'll report directly to the CEOs and handle essential functions like financial reporting and managing cash flow. Candidates with 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience will thrive in this role, providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring accuracy in our financial processes. Your organizational skills will help maintain our operations' efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and file financial invoices accurately

• Reconcile accounts and support bookkeeping and budgeting services

• Supervise full cycle accounting while preparing financial statements

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation processes

• Draft subcontracts and manage office supply orders

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in bookkeeping and office administration

• Skilled in MS Office; experience with Sage 50 or Quick Books preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment

• Valid BC Driver's license with personal vehicle availability
