Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and facilities management

• Coordinate vendor contracts and monitor service quality

• Manage onboarding logistics and company events

• Support health and safety committee initiatives

• Act as the main contact for visitor engagement
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of office administration experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

• Experience in facilities coordination is an asset
