Bookkeeper

Conteco Manufacturing is a growing manufacturing company specializing in precision mold making and injection mold manufacturing. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, part-time bookkeeper to join our team and support both our financial and operational workflows.

30 hours a week – Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (flexible).

The successful applicant should be organized and able to work unsupervised.

• Strong working knowledge of Sage Accounting
• Proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and proficiency in English
• Organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and prioritize

• A/P entry and payment
• Administration of EHB
• Invoicing and A/R
• Payroll and CRA remittances
• Banking and bank reconciliations
• Domestic and international shipping
• Government remittances and reports
• Receptionist duties such as screening incoming calls, taking messages and providing information
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails
• Order office supplies as necessary
• Various other administrative duties as needed

• Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
• Sage 50: 2 years (required)
