Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and vendor coordination

• Support the health and safety committee activities

• Organize internal training and team events

• Liaise with building management and handle facility requests

• Ensure onboarding processes are seamless for new hires

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in administrative roles

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with vendor contracts is advantageous
