As a crucial member of the Implementation Team, you'll guide clients through the entire onboarding journey.

Your role involves assessing client needs, implementing various modules, and providing essential training to ensure a smooth transition. Collaborate with multiple departments to support prospects and enhance their experience while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strong client connections as their primary contact

• Manage full implementation process from data entry to go-live

• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams for client transitions

• Provide training and ongoing support for new clients

• Enhance skills through professional development opportunities
Requirements:

• Proven experience in administration or customer service

• Relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent

• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
