Position: Coach with Certification Required
Location: Pitt Meadows

We are hiring a Coach who holds relevant certifications and is ready for shift or on-call work. This position focuses on improving team dynamics through expert coaching.

In this role, a Coach with other trades qualifications or equivalent experience is sought. Candidates should be prepared to work shifts as needed and possess the necessary certifications. Experience in the field is an asset, enhancing your readiness to contribute in a coaching capacity. Team-building opportunities and personal development days are offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coaching activities and sessions

• Engage in team-building processes

• Maintain certifications and language requirements

• Provide constructive feedback to teams

• Work flexibly according to shift needs

Requirements:

• Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience

• Authorization to work in Canada

• Willing to relocate if necessary

• Availability for shift or on-call responsibilities

• Experience in coaching or related roles is beneficial
