Elevate family practice quality as a Practice Improvement Coach with Doctors of BC. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on coaching, change management, and driving healthcare improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3-5 years experience

• Knowledge of BC's healthcare operational context

• Familiarity with EMR systems in healthcare settings
