Overview

Early Childhood Educator (ECE) – Maple Ridge Meadows, BC. Casual/Supply/Substitute role with no evenings or weekends.

• Develop and implement a program in line with Bright Path’s curriculum to support the development of children.
• Maintain an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff.
• Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Early Childhood Education Certificate or higher
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR
