Customer-Focused Personal Banking Associate

Become a key player at TD as a Personal Banking Associate, where your passion for customer service meets financial solutions. This role will involve advising customers and aiding them with banking needs.

As a part of the branch team, you’ll utilize your interpersonal skills to support customers with daily banking transactions, including account openings and investment advice. With your experience, you’ll help guide clients to appropriate staff members while ensuring compliance with banking practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer day-to-day banking advice and service needs

• Direct clients to the right personnel for assistance

• Teach customers about emerging digital banking trends

• Assist with cash and non-cash transactions

• Suggest improvements for branch operations

Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1+ years of experience

• Investment Funds Canada certification post-appointment

• Degree in a related field preferred

• Knowledge of banking processes and solutions

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
