Responsibilities:
- Delivering a positive and unexpected customer experience through general retail banking.
- Engaging customers in the “Where You Are At Money Chat” to help them save, grow, protect, and improve their financial well‑being.
- Working as a high‑performing team member within the branch to ensure all checks and balances are completed around policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively and creatively offering helpful solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries.
- Achieving sales and referral targets in a needs‑based sales environment.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable helping customers with simple financial help and promoting products and services.
- Minimum three years of experience helping members in a bank or credit union, with a focus on lending and investments.
- Post‑secondary education in finance, business administration or a related field.
- Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is required.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a wide variety of people.
- Team‑spirit and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent multi‑tasking, prioritising and organising skills with high attention to detail.
