Responsibilities:

• Delivering a positive and unexpected customer experience through general retail banking.
• Engaging customers in the “Where You Are At Money Chat” to help them save, grow, protect, and improve their financial well‑being.
• Working as a high‑performing team member within the branch to ensure all checks and balances are completed around policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively and creatively offering helpful solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries.
• Achieving sales and referral targets in a needs‑based sales environment.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable helping customers with simple financial help and promoting products and services.
• Minimum three years of experience helping members in a bank or credit union, with a focus on lending and investments.
• Post‑secondary education in finance, business administration or a related field.
• Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is required.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a wide variety of people.
• Team‑spirit and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent multi‑tasking, prioritising and organising skills with high attention to detail.
