In this essential role, you will onboard new retail and business members, and help navigate their financial needs. Your responsibilities include developing member relationships through Financial Health Checks, and assisting with lending products, mortgage renewals, and small business accounts. This position emphasizes both service excellence and personalized advice to enhance member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new retail and business members effectively

• Conduct Financial Health Checks for ongoing member engagement

• Open new business accounts and manage signing officer changes

• Support unsecured lending products and mortgage processes

• Assist Member Service Specialists with transactions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in financial services with lending experience

• Knowledge of mutual funds (preferred)

• Licensed or willing to be licensed for mutual funds

• Proven financial acumen with retail lending

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
