Position: Prospera Member Experience Specialist Role
Elevate financial journeys at Prospera Credit Union as a Member Experience Specialist in Maple Ridge, BC. Drive meaningful relationships with members while introducing our financial solutions and services.

In this crucial position, you will onboard new members and provide tailored advice based on their financial needs. Expect to play a role in managing small accounts and offering support to our lending services. Building strong member relationships through effective communication and personalized service will be at the heart of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate relationships with new retail and business members

• Utilize Financial Health Checks for deeper member insights

• Manage new business account openings and signing officer requests

• Facilitate access to unsecured lending and mortgage renewals

• Collaborate with team members for transaction support

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in financial services

• Familiarity with mutual funds preferred

• Willingness to obtain mutual fund licensing

• Strong knowledge of retail lending products

• Organized with excellent verbal and written communication
