Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this Night Attendant position is crucial for maintaining a welcoming environment in the residence. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing sanitation of common areas. Excellent communication skills are essential to provide supportive service to residents and families throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations efficiently

• Answer and redirect incoming calls professionally

• Greet and assist all visitors courteously

• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of areas

• Respond to emergency systems and resident needs

Requirements:

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills

• Experience in cleaning and laundry within healthcare

• Previous reception experience is an asset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
