Nurse Next Door is seeking a People Experience Coordinator in Maple Ridge, dedicated to improving caregiver engagement and operational efficiency. This is a dynamic role focused on recruitment and team support.
As a full-time team member, you will report to the Franchise Partner and collaborate with other care professionals. Your responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding processes, and implementing initiatives that foster a thriving caregiver community. Your contributions will be critical in achieving staffing goals and enhancing client care quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post and manage job advertisements across platforms
• Lead training sessions for new hires on company systems
• Champion caregiver career paths and growth initiatives
• Manage administrative policies compliance with BC standards
• Assist with scheduling needs and participate in committees
Requirements:
• 3+ years in recruiting or operations leadership
• Ability to attract top talent in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Experience with Alaya Care Scheduling software preferred
