• Follow the Nurse Next Door People System for recruitment

• Organize effective onboarding and training sessions

• Engage with caregivers to foster a supportive environment

• Update employee records and manage exit procedures

• Participate in urgent scheduling and administrative oversight

Requirements:

• Over 3 years in recruitment or people management

• Proven success in high-volume hiring environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities

• Familiarity with G-Suite and relevant hiring platforms
